The chicken fajitas, popular in Mexican gastronomy. This time I have prepared them with chicken strips and vegetables, seasoned with spices. We can prepare them with any other meat that we like. They are served on top of wheat or corn pancakes previously heated on a griddle or satin.
It is a very simple preparation that we can make to our liking, the vegetables must be whole and do not have to be poached much. These roll-shaped pancakes are fun to eat.
You can serve everything on plates and each diner prepare their fajita to their liking.
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cebolla
- 2 tomates
- Oil Salt
- Pepper
- 1 sachet of seasoning
- We clean the breasts and cut them into not very thick strips, we also cut the peppers into strips and the onion.
- Peel and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- We put a little oil in a pan, sauté the peppers and onion. Add the tomato pieces, sauté it all together, add salt, pepper, add the seasoning that already has all the spices.
- We remove the vegetables and in that same pan with a little more oil we put the chicken strips and brown them, we put in a little salt.
- We will take a pan the size of the pancakes, put a few drops of oil and put the pancakes, we will brown them on both sides over medium heat, they should not be burned.
- We will put the pancakes in one source, the vegetables in another and the chicken in another.
- We will assemble the pancakes, each one to their liking, first the vegetables, on top of the chicken strips. We roll up the fajita and ready to eat.
- It can be accompanied by grated cheese, lettuce leaves.
