A light dish with a very interesting contrast of flavors thanks to the spiciness of the chicken and the sweetness of the dates. Dates that you can substitute for raisins or even figs if you have them more at hand.
To prepare it you will only need a frying pan and of course the ingredients. Personally, we like blanch the broccoli three minutes before sautéing it, but you can choose not to do it or extend the cooking time. It will depend on the texture you want to achieve. Shall we start?
The Chicken, Broccoli and Date Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- ½ chicken breast in tacos

- 1-2 cayenne pepper
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1 small broccoli (previously blanched)
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce

- We season the chicken and we fry in a pan with the olive oil and the chilli until golden brown on all sides.
