We are going to prepare some homemade cheese stuffed burgers. The combination of meat and cheese I think is the one I like the most, especially children love them. When you put the cheese inside the meat, it is much juicier and very good, since when you cut the burger all the cheese comes out, which is a delight.
It can be eaten as is accompanied by potatoes, salad…. Oh put it in a good bread accompanied by a well poached onion, I assure you that you will like it, delicious!

- To prepare the burgers stuffed with cheese, we will start by seasoning the meat with a little salt, pepper and ground garlic, mixing it well. If you like, you can add a whole egg or a white to the meat. Depending on how the meat is, if it is very dry I put it on if not it is not necessary.
- We prepare the hamburgers giving them the shape you want. I made it square and very fine.
- On top we will put the slices of cheese or any cheese that we like. As you can see, I put a lot of cheese, I like it and it always comes off a little.
- We will make another ball with the meat and we will crush it until it is shaped and we will put it on top of the cheese.
- We close the sides well so that the cheese does not come out and we will make them on a griddle or a frying pan with little oil.
- We will let it be done well on the one hand and when we see that it is we will turn around. We will leave it until it is ready.
- To accompany it, we can make some square fried potatoes and we have a plate to enjoy.
