Milchaos

Ingredients:

1/8 Kg. Of pork rinds
Sal Island
2 kg of grated potatoes
2 kgs. peeled and cooked potatoes
1/8 kgs. shortening or fat in pellet

Preparation:

Mash the cooked potatoes. Squeeze the grated potatoes in a cloth to remove the flour from the potato or chuño. Knead this pulp with the mashed potatoes, the butter, the chopped pork rinds and salt.

Form 7 cm buns. in diameter and 1 cm thick. Bake them, fry them or cook them in the curanto.
