Celiacs: bread rolls with gluten-free soy flour

These bread rolls with soy flour are a nutritious and healthy food for all those who suffer from gluten intolerance, since they are made with foods allowed to be consumed without deprivation.

Ingredients:

1 cup of soy flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon gluten-free yeast
1 cup water
3 tablespoons of common oil
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt, a pinch

Preparation:

First sift the flours and dissolve the gluten-free yeast in warm water with a pinch of salt and honey. Add the oil and then mix the ingredients. Form a crown with the flours and place the yeast in the center and make the dough. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place in the kitchen.

When the dough has doubled in volume, knead it again, cut small portions and form the buns. Arrange them a little apart on a plate previously greased with oil and cook them in a moderate oven until golden brown. Finally, remove the buns from the oven and let them cool down before tasting.
