Ingredients
- 500 grams of mashed potatoes
- 150 grams of gluten-free flour
- 5 tablespoons of grated gluten-free cheese
- natural tomato sauce, amount needed
- oregano to sprinkle, to taste
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- green olives, to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the hot mashed potatoes with the gluten-free flour and grated cheese. Once this step is done, distribute the preparation in a pizza maker and flatten it with the help of a metal spoon.
Then, cover with a little natural tomato sauce, sprinkle with oregano and add pieces of mozzarella cheese and green olives to taste. Cook in the oven until the cheese has melted. Remove the pizza from the oven and you can cut the portions and taste.
