I don't know about you but I love individual desserts in a glass. Those like this caramel banana yogurt parfait They are simple to prepare and allow you to finish the meal with something sweet, but not too sweet, and refreshing at the same time. Do you also like them?
5 minutes is the time it will take you to prepare this simple individual dessert. If you have children at home I am sure they will love to help you prepare them by assembling the different layers. And is that preparing it is literally child's play. Do you dare to do them?
You can prepare this yogurt and banana parfait with caramel using the yogurts and cookies that you like the most. At home I always opt for a creamy plain yogurt, but it might be interesting to use a vanilla or coconut one. As for the cookies they are perfect ginger nails or cinnamon, but whatever you have on hand will do.
The recipe
- 1 natural unsweetened yogurt
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 2 gingerbread cookies
- Camel sauce
- We whisk the yogurt and we place half in the base of a glass.
- About this we place half of the sliced banana, a crumbled cookie and a pinch of caramel.
- Then we repeat both steps using the yogurt, banana and leftover cookie and crowning the glass with a little more caramel.
- If it's not cold, we put it in the fridge for five minutes before serving.
- We enjoyed the yogurt and banana parfait with caramel as a dessert or snack.
How good they look! Looking forward to doing it !!
