Today we prepare one of those desserts that we like so much for summer. Very easy to prepare without the need to turn on the oven, this caramel cheese flan cake It will become a great ally for those home parties you have planned this summer.
Doing so will not take you more than 20 minutes and you will be able to adapt the quantities to the number of guests without problems. You will do part of the work and the cold will do the rest. As I have already mentioned, you will not need the oven to set it, All you have to do is put it in the refrigerator. and wait a few hours for it.
The advantage of putting it in the refrigerator, in addition to avoiding the heat of the oven, is that You can prepare it in advance. It lasts up to five days in the refrigerator so you can work sooner and enjoy your guests on the chosen day. Try it garnished with cream or a ice cream ball, delicious!
The recipe
- Liquid candy
- 500 g. milk
- 500g. cream (35% mg)
- 200 g. cream cheese
- 250 g. of sugar
- 2 sachets of curd
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- We pour caramel in a mold (or two molds if you decide to divide the mixture) until its base is covered.
- Then we beat the cheese with the sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Then, we add the milk, the cream, the curd envelopes and the vanilla and beat again until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- We pour this mixture onto the mold caramelized by placing it on the back of a spoon so that the force of the mixture does not move the caramel.
- Once done, we cover with plastic wrap, sticking this to the surface of the mixture.
- We let it cool for 10 minutes and then we take to the fridge a minimum of three hours.
- Once set, we unmold inserting a sharp knife around the edges and turning it over.
- We enjoyed the cold caramel cheese flan tart, garnished with cream or accompanied by a scoop of ice cream.
