Burger wheat, tomato and onion salad

This salad is very rich and easy to make, it provides you with vitamins AB, B1, B5, C and E, beta carotene which is a fundamental element to prevent cancer, as well as having antioxidant and mineral properties such as calcium, magnesium, iodine, cobalt , copper, iron, phosphorus, chlorine, nickel, potassium, silicon, zinc, sulfur, bromine and folic acid.

Ingredients

250 g bulgarian wheat
2 tomates
1 cebolla
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
Pepper

Music

Put the bulgur wheat in a container with water and leave it for an hour, so that it hydrates and swells, then take them out and drain it well and drain it, chop the onion, the garlic and cut the tomatoes into cubes, Put these last three Ingredients in a salad bowl.
