Meat lasagna Bolognese

Meat lasagna Bolognese is usually a dish something laboriousBut you just have to think that leaving the meat ready is just cooking the pasta, a little in the oven and that's it, ready to eat. In addition, as for the plates, there are already some on the market that come pre-cooked, which you can put in the oven raw.

Ingredients
- 500 g of minced meat.
- Plates of lasagna.
- 1 fat onion.
- 1 large green bell pepper.
- 2 medium tomatoes.
- 3 garlic cloves.
- White wine.
- Water.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Oregano.
- Thyme.
- Ground black pepper
- Bechamel.
- Grated cheese.
Preparation
As I have already told you before, in the market there are already pre-cooked plates that just by putting them on the oven plate and filling the layers, you already have a recipe for meat lasagna Bolognese in a pinch. Obviously, with its cooking time in the oven.
If you don't want those plates, you can buy them normal and boil them in water with a little salt and oil so it doesn't stick. Then you will let them drain and cool.
For carne: First we will chop all the ingredients very well, so that the pieces are not noticeable. In a frying pan or pot, we will put a drizzle of olive oil, and we will start the garlic and onion cloves. Then we will add the green pepper and let everything mix well. When the pepper is ready, add the tomatoes and let it cook for about 5 minutes so that the tomato loses all the water.
Then we will add the mince and we will stir well so that all the ingredients are mixed. When we see that the meat has changed a little color, add a little wine and let it reduce a little until the alcohol is gone. Then we will add a little water, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme. All this, we will let it cook for about 20-25 min so that the meat is done and reduces all the water.
Now we will arrange the meat between plate and plate for this delicious Meat Lasagna Bolognese recipe. First, I like to pour a good drizzle of fried tomato in the bottom of the pan, but it's optional, that's why I haven't put it in the ingredients. Next we will place a number of lasagna plates and on top of it a chubby layer of meat. And so on until several layers are assembled, always ending in a lasagna plate.
