
For demanding people, I present you an easy and delicious dish for lovers of good food.
Ingredients
- 450gr loin or rump
- 250cc cream
- 300gr mushrooms
- 300cc stock or meat broth
- 1 cup of red wine
- 6 pickles to decorate
- Chopped parsley required amount
Procedure
Cut the meat into thin slices the mushrooms, then in thin julienne cuts the onion and sauté everything in a pan once the meat is sautéed and sealed, add the wine and cook until it evaporates. Add the cream and the broth and allow it to be consumed until half.
Top with parsley and salt.
