Veal can be made in many ways, roasted, stewed, grilled, etc. And above all, when we apply a little imagination to it, it becomes a very simple ingredient to prepare and versatile.
Today we are going to make some rolls of veal stuffed with mushrooms. Simple to prepare and a different way of presenting this complete meat.
We start with shopping and organizing time.

Preparation time: 40 or 50 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8 beef steaks
- assorted mushrooms to taste
- Crushed tomato
- onion and garlic
- shawl
- white wine
- chopsticks

We have the ingredients purchased and we have the time necessary to prepare the recipe.
We put the beef fillets on the grill, seen and not seen, to avoid being too hard.

Now we prepare the mushrooms, in my case canned mushrooms and chanterelles. I couldn't find any of the natural ones. We chop them to the maximum and we have them ready to go through the pan, we remove them.

On the other hand we prepare the sauce, with the ingredients we normally use, I use crushed tomato, garlic, onion and salt, a little white wine and ready to add to the pan.

We let the sofrito is done a little and we dedicate ourselves to creating the veal rolls, we put a little of the mushroom mixture and roll, to prick and close with a toothpick. So on until we have them all.

We add the rolls with the sauce and the remaining mushrooms. We let them cook with the sauce and they will be ready to serve.
