The recipe
- 1 ripe banana
- 100 g. blueberry
- 1 natural unsweetened yogurt
- Juice of half an orange
- Some mint leaves
- Some ice (if you want them very cold)
- We peel the banana, chop it up and place it in the blender glass.
- Add the blueberries, reserving a few to decorate.
- Then, we pour the yogurt, the juice of half an orange and the ice if we plan to use it.
- We beat the mixture and we correct the texture if necessary with almond drink. If you don't use ice and like light shakes you may need to add a bit.
- We serve the banana and blueberry smoothie in a glass and enjoy it. Or we take it to the fridge for 10 minutes to enjoy it colder in case we haven't used ice.
