- The first thing we will do is clean the bream. In the market they usually clean it but there are always remains so it is essential to clean it well of scales, small pieces of gut and rinse it completely in water. We will do a couple of slits with the help of a knife on both loins.
- We will take the tray from the oven, we will add a little olive oil so that our bream does not stick to the tray with the heat, and we will place the bream. We throw a thyme and rosemary mixture, chopped, we will turn it around, and do the same process. Do not forget add a little salt to it.
- We will make our bream in the oven around 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- While it is done, in the plate that we will serve the bream, we cut half a cucumber into slices To accompany. When the bream is roasted to our liking, we take it out and add a little of the lemon juice that we will also add to the cucumbers.
