Avocado and onion salad

We are going today with a special salad ideal for these spring days:

Ingredients:

6 large avocados
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cebolla
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
Peppers
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Peel and cut the avocados into thin slices. Place in a bowl and add lemon juice. In addition, in a salad bowl, place the onions cut into very thin slices, add the avocados and season with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle with the paprika.
