For me gastronomy is an art. And being able to write about it is priceless, I am one of the people who think that cooking relaxes, evades and encourages our imagination. So getting my point across is fun and interesting for me. At the age of thirty, I still aspire to many things, but without a doubt traveling to the best restaurants in the world is one of them.
