Quiche is a simple, quick and homemade recipe, with a base of shortcrust pastry or puff pastry. We can prepare it for an informal dinner and have it prepared in advance. And for children it is a way to eat vegetables and a very complete dish.

Ingredients
- A bunch of green asparagus 250gr.
- 250 ml. evaporated milk or liquid cream for cooking
- 3 large eggs
- 100 gr. grated parmesan cheese or whatever you like
- 200gr. from bacon to cubes
- A puff pastry
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- We turn on the oven at 180ºC.
- While we prepare the asparagus, we clean and cut them, removing the hardest part, we cut the tips and the rest we cut into pieces.
- In a frying pan with oil, we fry the asparagus, when they are tender we remove them. We booked.
- Sauté the bacon in the same pan. We booked.
- In a bowl we put the eggs we beat, the cream we beat, we put a little salt and pepper.
- We mix it and add the asparagus and bacon to the egg mixture, stir and put the grated cheese, mix everything well.
- We spread the dough on a baking tin, if it is removable better, we pour all the mixture over the dough, put the asparagus on top and put it in the oven.
- We will bake about 40 minutes or until ready. To know if the cake is curd, we will click in the center, if it comes out dry it will be ready.
- And ready to eat !!!
