Looking for a simple and quick dessert that you can present individually? These glasses of yogurt, banana, apple and honey they are a great alternative. Its ingredients are simple; I dare to say that you will have at least 90% of them at home right now, and their preparation is very simple.
Ten minutes you need to prepare this dessert. It does not matter if you have to do 2 or four, the time will not vary too much. You just have to chop and mix the different ingredients to create a light and healthy dessert that you can enjoy at any time of the year.
Can we get to work? We have chosen traditional yogurts, but you can replace them with vegetable yogurts if you wish to achieve a vegan dessert. And it's not the only change you can make. The recipe
- 1 plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1 yogurt with muesli or cereals
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 plátano
- 2 small apples
- 1 tablespoon of honey + extra to decorate
- Cinnamon
- We mix in a bowl the yogurts with the butter with the help of a spoon and reserve.
- Next we peel the apple, we cut it into small dice and we mix them in another bowl with the honey.
- We cut the banana and we place three or four slices in the bottom of each glass.
- Now, we distribute the yogurt mixture between the two glasses.
- About this we place the apple chopped with honey
- And to finish decorate with banana slices, a splash of honey and cinnamon.
- We put the yogurt, banana, apple and honey glasses in the fridge for 10 minutes and serve.
