I do not know if you have tried the chard in scrambled since the chard like that I have not seen much. The truth is that they are very good and it is a way to take advantage of them. Sometimes they sell these beautiful bouquets of chard and since you have to eat them right away you have to find ways to eat them.
I prepare them at home cooked with a potato or paprika, But since I had a lot of chard with a part of them I made them scrambled and the truth is that they are good, I'm sure you will like them a lot.

Preparation
  1. To prepare this Swiss chard scrambled dish, firstly we will wash the ground chard very well and remove the strings from the trunk.
  2. We cut the leaves and trunks of the chard into small cuts.
  3. Let's cook the chard. If you have a steamer, we will put them in the pot and it is on top of a pot with a little water, so we will steam them and they do not take as much water. When they are cooked we take out and reserve.
  4. We put a couple of eggs on a plate, stir them without beating, add a few cooked chard and a little salt.
  5. We put a pan with a little oil, add the mixture of eggs and chard. We stir it and curdle it until we leave it as we like it. And we repeat the operation again to make another Swiss chard scramble.
  6. We can accompany this dish with a little grated cheese, it gives it a very good touch.
  7. And ready to eat!!!
