Plum atole
Ingredients
- 1 kg of fresh plums
- 1/2 kg of dough already prepared
- 1 liter and a half of milk
- sugar to taste
- 1 whole cinnamon stick
Music
The milk is boiled together with the sugar and cinnamon. Strain the dough in a colander with little water, add the fresh plums and boil everything until the plums burst and boil for approximately 50 minutes, stirring everything constantly.
