I really like porridge for breakfast, but some mornings I'm too lazy to make it. That is why I resort to overnights, which is nothing more than a way of preparing them and which consists of letting them rest overnight so that they are soft first thing in the morning. Have you never done it like this? try this chocolate overnight and discover how comfortable it is.
The good thing about leaving the oatmeal porridge ready at night is that in the morning you don't have to cook anything, just heat them for a minute and add fresh fruit or nuts to complete them. In this case I opted for a combination of character, tangerine and chocolate.
You will have seen that I have added chia to this overnight and it is that this gives it a texture that I personally like a lot. A more gelatinous and consistent texture, but you can do without it if you don't have it on hand by reducing the amount of milk a little to compensate. Doesn't that sound like a great breakfast?
