Ingredients
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ cup of concentrated beef broth
  • 250-300 g. minced meat
  • 160 g. macaroni

Preparation
  1. We heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and sauté the onion for 5 minutes until it takes color.
  2. Then, add the peppers and cook for 5 more minutes over high heat, stirring frequently so that the vegetables brown but do not burn.
  3. Now, We add the minced meat and season generously with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is cooked and lightly browned.
  4. Then, We add the tomato and the broth, We mix and cook for a couple more minutes so that everything combines.
  5. We took advantage of that moment to put cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water, following the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan along with the chopped olives. Mix and cook for a couple of minutes over high heat.
