We always prepare the cheeseburgers, lettuce and tomato, but the truth is that they have a lot of variety since they can be made in infinite ways and with different meats. The hamburgers that I propose today are homemade beef and pork and with a touch of curry that gives a lot of flavor to the meat and they are very good.

Ingredients
- 500 gr. mixed meat, beef and pork
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Pepper
- 1-2 egg whites
- 1-2 teaspoon curry
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
Preparation
- The first thing we will do is clean the meat of fat, we chop it. We can also ask the butcher to chop our meat.

- In a mincer or robot we add the meat, if we have it minced we put it in a bowl, we add the garlic, the parsley, a little salt, pepper and the curry, we add an egg white and stir everything together, if we see that it remains dry add another egg white to make it juicier.
- Once it is well mixed, we will leave it in the fridge for a few hours so that it takes on the flavors.
- When we go to cook them, we will take a quantity of meat and form a ball, put them on the table and crush them, giving them the shape of hamburgers.
- We put a griddle when it is hot we add a jet of oil, we will put the hamburgers 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are done to your liking.
- Now we only have to serve them accompanied by some vegetables or prepare some hamburgers with bread.
