Hake and shrimp burgers have nothing to envy of meat burgers. They have a lot of flavor and like these you have to be careful not to overcook them so they don't dry out. Do you dare to try them? Preparing them may seem laborious, but the truth is that in just over 30 minutes you could have them already ready.
You can enjoy them alone, with hamburger buns and/or accompanied by your favorite sauce. They are perfect for a light dinner and you can cook them in a frying pan, oven or air fryer. You will have dinner for 4 or 8 people depending on how you choose to eat them and how hungry you are.
The recipe
- 420 grams of clean hake (without skin or bones)
- 150 grams of peeled prawns
- ½ onion
- 1 garlic clove
- A few chives leaves
- A few sprigs of parsley
- The zest of 1 lemon
- A pinch of grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
