Grilled Chicken Orange

 

Ingredients:
1 large chicken
4 naranjas
2 tablespoons fresh herbs mixed
Pepper
Salt and oil

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place chicken on a baking sheet and season.
Water with a jet of oil. Grate the skin of one of the oranges and sprinkle the chicken with the juice of two oranges. Cut the other two into irregular pieces and put inside the chicken.
Finally sprinkle the herbs over the chicken. Bake upside down and after 30 minutes turn the chicken and leave for another 30 minutes. Sauce from time to time and if necessary add a little more juice or water.
Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil, let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
