The recipe
- 190 g butter at room temperature
- 50 g icing sugar
- 250 g of pastry flour
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- We cut the butter into cubes and we mix it with the sugar in a large bowl using a manual or electric whisk until it turns white.
- Then, We add the eggs one by one, while we beat to integrate them and until obtaining a creamy mass.
- Once the eggs are incorporated, We add the sifted flour and mix well to amalgamate the dough.
- With the dough ready, preheat the oven to 200ºC with a fan (if you have one) and place baking paper on the tray.

- Once done, bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
- Then we take them out of the oven, let them cool for three minutes and then transfer them to a rack to finish cooling.
