Creole sauce

Today I present you a typical Argentine recipe, to accompany a delicious grilled meat.

Ingredients:

- 100 cc of oil
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 1 tsp sweet red paprika
- 1/2 tsp scant cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano

Add the chopped onion to the oil, then add the tomato, pepper, garlic, spices and salt. Cook over high heat for 5 or 10 minutes without thickening and ready to use.
