  • 150 g. pastry flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 g. butter at room temperature
  • 75 g. of sugar
  • 75 g. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g peanut butter (no added sugar)
  • Chocolate chips or drops
Preparation
  1. To begin with, we sift the flour with the baking powder and set it aside.
  2. In another large bowl, we beat the butter along with the two types of sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
  3. Then we add the egg, and we beat again to integrate it.
  4. Then we add the peanut butter and we proceed in the same way.
  5. We only have left add the flour mixture and yeast, little by little, stirring with a wooden spoon.
