Chinese noodles with shrimp and vegetables, a very complete oriental dish with a lot of flavor. A simple recipe to prepare.
A healthy and light dish, you can put the vegetables you like and make it more varied. If you don't like prawns you can use strips of meat.

Ingredients
- 1 package of Chinese noodles
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cebolla
- 1 piece of cabbage
- 250 gr. of prawns
- 3-4 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
- A dash of sunflower oil
- 1 piece of grated ginger
Preparation
- To make the recipe for Chinese noodles with shrimp and vegetables, we will first cook the noodles.
- We will put a pot with abundant water and cook the noodles as indicated by the manufacturer. Once cooked, drain well and reserve.
- Wash the vegetables, cut the peppers into strips, the onion and cabbage into slightly thin strips.
- We take a wok or a high frying pan, put on the fire with a splash of sunflower oil, sauté the vegetables, the onion, the pepper and the cabbage. We cook it for 5 minutes, it has to be cooked but they remain aldentes.
- Add a splash of sesame oil, continue cooking.
- Peel the prawns, remove the heads and shells from the body, we can chop them or cut them in half or leave them whole. We sauté them together with the vegetables.
- Add salt, soy sauce and grate a little ginger.
- Once we have everything cooked to our liking, it should not be too cooked, we add the Chinese noodles together with the vegetables and the prawns.
- We skip everything stirring so that it mixes well, we can add more soy sauce.
- We try salt, rectify if necessary and serve.
