Today I have brought you a delicious recipe for the whole family. It is about chicken meatballs in sauce with carrots and red pepper, you will love especially the most small of the house.

Ingredients
- 350 g of minced chicken meat.

- Bread crumbs.

- 2 carrots
Preparation
To make these chicken meatballs we will first prepare the meat. To do this, we will season it with salt and parsley. Then we will add the hard bread (previously soaked in milk) and the egg and mix everything well. If we have a fairly moist mixture left, which makes it difficult for us to make the meatballs, we will add breadcrumbs until it takes on consistency. Do not abuse the breadcrumbs, otherwise they would get quite hard.
Then we will balls and we will pass them through a little flour, always removing the excess. In a deep frying pan, we will put the oil and we will fry them all little by little without sticking them together, we will remove them and let them rest when we see that they are golden brown.
For the sauce, we will make a stir fried garlic, onion, pepper and tomato. We will cut, wash and chop everything very well. When it is poached we will beat it with the mixer. And we will put it back in the same pan.
At the same time, in another separate smaller frying pan, we will put a little olive oil and we will add the carrots and red pepper chopped that we had cut previously. You can also add this to the previous vegetables, but this time we will use them in cubes to give the dish more color.
We will add the chicken meatballs with sauce and when the carrot and red pepper are poached, we will also add them. Finally, we will let it cook for about 10 min so that all the flavors are mixed.
